How do I contact SOCOCO?

How will I know if my order has been processed?

Once you have confirmed your order on the SOCOCO website you will receive email notification of your order. This will outline the item(s), the amount, GST and the shipping cost as well as the billing and shipping addresses. You will also receive an email receipt to let you know when we have received the payment from your account.

 

What is the cost for shipping?

SOCOCO offers a rate of $6.95 for deliveries NZ wide. For other international destinations, please email us and we will calculate a shipping rate for you.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders will be dispatched 1-2 working days after SOCOCO receives the order confirmation and NZ orders should be received within 2-3 days of dispatch. Please note that statutory holidays may cause delivery delays over the Christmas season.

 

Can I return an online order?

We hope that you’ll be excited by the arrival of your SOCOCO order! If for any reason you find the order is not right for you, our 7 day refund policy enables you to return the product and receive a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging with swing tag attached. Note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

How do I return product ordered?

To return your product, please send to: SOCOCO Returns,  2/26 Comins Crescent, Mission Bay, Auckland 1072. Please consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance as unfortunately we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. From receipt of your order you have 7 days to return the item(s), with proof of purchase. Once your return is received and checked over, we will send you an email to let you know we have received it and if it has been approved.

 

How do I access my refund?

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company and then bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Otherwise please contact us at info@sococo.co.nz and we will happily help you sort it out.

 

If an item is out of stock, can I order it in?

We will be doing repeat orders of our collection. If an item is out of stock that you would like to buy, please contact us at info@sococo.co.nz and we will let you know if the item can be pre-ordered and when the expected delivery is.
